Who We Are
Jay 10 Land was founded by Joshua and his wife Jody in 2021. They have always had a passion for land and their goal is to bring underutilized land to life. As a Forestry and Natural Resource Management graduate, Josh developed a love for the outdoors and a desire to make an impact in the Land space. Together, Josh and Jody have combined their drive for discovery with Josh's expertise in Forestry to create a company that thrives on turning overlooked land into valuable, thriving spaces. Their love for open land and the idea of creating something meaningful from the ground up inspired the creation of Jay 10 Land.
Josh and Jody recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl into this world and are extremely excited and grateful for this next chapter in their lives.
